On 7/15/26, my hot water tank went out. I called Cherokee plumbing and they were out at my house the next morning by 9 am. The two plumbers that showed up were Rudy and Steven. Both young men were polite, professional and did a great job communicating what they were going to do. They explained the entire process to me, answered any questions that I had and told me what my options were on the new hot water heater. They replaced the unit within two hours. Once they were done, they cleaned up the area, and I was very happy with the new installation. Thank you Rudy, Steven and Cherokee plumbing for your professionalism.
