I’ve used Cherokee several times for issues with my hot water heater. It finally came time to replace it and they were very honest and fair with pricing. The install only took 1 1/2 hours and we had hot water again!

These guys were really awesome. A simple install of a water softener and whole house filter turned into a nightmare because the plumber who plumbed my new house failed to do a good job. They had to dig the trench to locate the tee to tie the two systems into the whole house (which the original plumber failed to do). It was a cold, miserable install but they persevered and I now have great water flowing to my house. Highly recommend this company for their great work and I couldn't be more happy. Had a hot water heater emergency and they came out same day and got it working. I had some other issues with sewer backing up and a new toilet needing installed. They returned the following day when they had an opening in the schedule and fixed all the problems. Great service!!
