Michael ran the camera down the pipe but could only go so far. He made a recommendation to me about another test that could be performed if I have this problem again. I like that another option was recommended but no sales pressure. He was very courteous. I have always been happy with Hi Tech Plumbing. I highly recommend them

Hi-Tech plumbing was fantastic. I knew when they would be at the house, even a map of where they were coming to me. A picture of Jason and Michael so I knew they were at the door. Clean shoes or covers worn in the house. Efficient and pleasant as they worked. Results given clearly and with full explanation. They never talked down to me although I was completely ignorant on the subject of plumbing.
