“Two months ago we had one of our two AC units replaced by another well-known AC company in the local metro area. That experience from start to finish was not good on many levels. I would not recommend that company to anyone.

So when our second AC unit decided to break last week we decided to call Hill & Company this time. I can positively say that the full experience from Paxton coming out to find the issue, to Jeff coming out later that same day to discuss options if we decided to purchase a new unit instead of a repair, to the next day having Zeus and his team out to do the new AC install - every single interaction was professional, their employees were very knowledgeable and personable, our property was treated with respect, they showed up on time and were done exactly when they said they would be. The generator came on today 13 Sept 2025 at 12:00 p.m. for the maintenance run and it sounded like it was only firing on 1 cylinder. There was a strong smell of natural gas as well.
