“We have had several contractors do work on our house in the past and our experience with McCann Roofing and Construction is the best we have ever had. Mike Hledik was the project manager on our total roof replacement and it was a complete joy to work with him. He always answered his phone or promptly returned our call if he was not able to answer when we called. We could also rely on him to be on time every time he came by. All the work was completed in one day and Mike came by the next day to make sure we were satisfied with the results (which we were) and to inspect it himself. He also provided a great deal of assistance in dealing with our insurance company including providing the information we needed to see if we could reduce our premium based on the Class 3 shingles we chose. We would absolutely recommend McCann Roofing and Construction to anyone contemplating a roof replacement.“

The shingles around exhaust boot and turbine looked better than the previous roofer’s installation. I would and plan to use Southern Roofing again.“

“I’ve used Caldwell topsoil for years. I have about 1 acre of yard. I usually get about 10 yds of topsoil mix at the beginning of summer to get me thru my projects. They are always friendly, prompt in delivery, pleasant to work with and their product is good quality. They remember me each year.
