Red Dirt Septic originally installed our system and has been our go-to for servicing it. They are very responsive, and their field techs are helpful. I recommend the biannual service contract. It costs less than what I used to pay for municipal sanitation services and it has been worthwhile.

Highly recommend Red Dirt Septic, we were NEW to septic system and how they work, not only did they walk us through how it all works, but they also explained changes we could make to make sure our system stays in great working order which it has. When we move to a new house and the previous owner didn't know where the septic tank was located (they we're proud they never emptied in 15 years -AUGH!) they came out and located it and helped us change over to an aerobic system. They have GREAT customer service and always show up on time and respond quickly in emergencies.Services: Septic system installation

We have been using Red Dirt Septic now for the past few years and have had great service overall. Originally started with their maintenance plan (since our original septic company who installed went out of business shortly after install), their techs continue to improve in the service they provide on each visit. Anytime something is off between visits, they come out at no charge to make sure everything is ok. Recently had to get my aerobic septic system pumped, they beat out other local competition prices to win our business. Will continue using Red Dirt Septic for future septic needs!
