I'd contacted Protech June 7th for the service, coordinator took down my name and advice technician will call to schedule, tech called the same day, spoke briefly of what I needed and said he'll call me back next Monday to come out! He jog down ny name and the site address. I asked for an appt. He stated he can't make appt, but will call on that Monday June 14th to let me know the time so I stand by the whole day on Monday with no call no show.The reason for this 5 stars revising a 1 star because coordinator call me back today June 28th to resolve the no call no show and offer the service eventhough I had hired someone else. By far the best experience I have ever had with an Electrician! When others couldn't see me until 4 days later I called them and they were at my house in about 15 minutes. By the time I arrived home the guy was already finished fixing my breaker issue and changed out some outlets to make sure that short did not happen again. I cannot use another company besides them because I see no logical reason to call anywhere else. That is the type of service a dude can only dream of. No hassles...just did a great job! I met him in my driveway and paid him before I walked into my home. I inspected his work and it was top notch! Also, reasonably priced. I will definitely recommend...read full review
