Impact roofing recently replaced my roof and did a thorough and excellent job. The fit and finish was perfect. I was particularly pleased with the oversight of the project. From the start to finish the oversight foreman was fully engaged with the project. Further, the owner of Impact, Levon Lumpkin did a personal inspection of the project prior to its finish. He had the crew make a few adjustments and to my surprise he stripped off a window overhang section and he personally replaced the section with upgraded protections for the area. Impact did our roof a few years ago and told us the manufacturer had a defect and we were due a new roof at no cost. We, living out of state and the house on the market with an interested buyer, it was critical to get the roof on in a very timely manner. Impact took the bull by the horns and oversaw the repairs from leaks inside as well as the roof on in a timely manner. They were over-and-above doing the roof, working on off hours and keeping us in the loop. We have used Impact twice now, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Levon made the entire process so much easier, especially when working with our insurance company to get our claim approved. He was knowledgeable, honest, and guided us through every step without making it stressful. His communication was excellent, the work was completed on time, and the quality of the roof looks great. It’s hard to find a company you can truly trust, and they’ve earned our business more than once. If you need a roofing company, I highly recommend giving them a call!
