Impact Roofing responded promptly to concerns I had last month. Staley made sure I was taken care of. Levon and all his staff are so helpful and nice. Even the receptionist called to let me know they were running a little behind, which I always appreciate from companies but don’t always get. Thanks!!

Impact Construction and Levon and his team is worth all 5 stars and more. I called him on a Monday with 3 areas on the roof that needed attention fast so we could close in a couple days and he knocked it out within 24 hours with pictures to show the buyers the repairs were done. Great customer service and very responsive to our situation. Discovered two roof leaks on Monday evening and called Donna with Impact Construction Group and she was so helpful. She worked on getting a crew to come out on Tuesday to get the roof leaks stopped at no charge ! Donna kept us in the loop and contacted us numerous times during the day to let us know when crew would be out and understood our immediate needs.
