“Had an odd sound coming from my HVAC unit after the colder weather had set in. Called Rhino Heat and Air and they had a technician out within two hours. Explained and demonstrated the issue and the Tech was on it to diagnose. Within 30 mins the issue was diagnosed and we discussed the replacement options. Once we agreed on the repair the tech was off to get the part needed. Came back within 2 hrs with the new part and got it replaced. System still had an issue that was quickly solved and now our system is back up and running in under 5 hrs. While system was being tested the tech also went ahead and completed some preventative maintenance to the system as well. Overall I am 100% satisfied with the service provided and cost. A breakdown to your HVAC system is never something you want to deal with but the price/value for the parts was excellent and the service was beyond expectation. 100% would recommend Rhino Heat and Air to anyone with HVAC issues and will be my go-to if I have any additional issues.“

“I was at Home Depot during Black Friday and they had an Amazing Promotion on an HVAC Tune-up. I purchased the Tune-up for my Heater even though it still was working but it had been awhile since it had been checked. I was notified by Snow Bear that a technician was coming to my house and the appointment time as well a confirmed date. This morning I received a text message letting me know the time slot and the tech's name was on his way. The tech showed up on time and was very professional. He asked to see the Heater to check it out and went to work. He checked out my connections, made sure the unit was functioning properly and saw a small issue that recommended to be cleaned but that was the service I paid for.. Great Job Michael for what you did and Thank you for being very upfront and Professional on the Service call. Keep up the Great work.“

“Had our heater and air conditioner unit go out on our rent house. Kyle was quick and easy to communicate with and did more than was even asked such as putting pavers along the edge of the unit and putting protection (possibly some PVC piping) over a nearby gas line that he just did for free. In addition to getting more BTU's at the same price he also sent pictures of the unit to include a sticker that showed it had passed inspection. Would definitely recommend.“
