“An uncomfortable procedure made pleasant by staff. From check in through check out everyone is fantastic. Maddie has done my mammography a few times and she is friendly, personable, and makes the procedure as comfortable as possible. Maddie is very communicative about what is happening and what to expect. Highly recommended!“

Pros: Service was quick. The tech was knowledgeable and professional.

Cons: the early gender test was a bit pricey compared to other places, but this location was less of a drive for me.

“I like Oak Street Health because of the friendly staff. Dylon was very helpful with giving me all the information about Oak Street Health and the doctors and nurse practitioners that are available, the cleanliness and set up in the lobby, community room, and through out the doctor's office (clinic). Dylon gave me a tour. Everything looked so nice. Dr. Z was amazing. He took the time to listen and talk to me about my medical history and the medications that I'm on. Everyone went over and beyond. Oak Street Health is now my new doctor provider. They put their patient's needs first.“

“Dr. Lewis is amazing, and her staff is very good. She cares about her pts. She will help you with anything she can to keep you healthy, I love the fact she isn't a doctor who throws medications at you to solve problems but actually uses her knowledge to help you. I have had several other doctors and she is my favorite by far. I truly trust her and her staff. Her referrals to specialists are amazing. I have a great team of doctors and am healthier than I have been in years.“

“I began with Dr Tsai because my PCP had not addressed any information about CKD other than it showing up on my other doctor's information. I didn't know I had anything going on. “I have been with Dr Antonela Svetic for over 30 years. She is absolutely amazing. She has moved several times and sometimes farther than I would like to go . But she is just that GOOD. She has a heart of Gold bends over backwards for her patience. I started going to her and was diagnosed with fibromyalgia. Then I went believing I had sinus infection because I was having bad headaches. She sent me for CT scans and MRI and said these tests prove that there was no infection. I wasn’t having a fever or mucus and any of the symptoms that accompanied a sinus infection and test were conclusive with her diagnosis. Turns out I was having migraines. She is right on track with everything she says. She spends time and never feel rushed out of her office. The staff is always very efficient and works well with patients. April has been with her from the start. She is very efficient and knowledgeable and I HIGHLY Recommend Dr Svetic and her staff to anyone who needs help in neurology. I will follow her wherever she goes. Praying she never retires because I need her. I have recommended her to so many people. She is the kindest human being takes. Time to explain everything in detail to her patients isn’t this what we all need in a doctor and to have a good relationship with our doctors.
