They don't care too much about there client's they wouldn't deal with two men attacking me and I'm Half blind in both eye's too the Left of vision cut called homanomyous field of vision cut to the left side of both eye's the director talk's about how much they can charge 3:per day 20 hour's per week and then say's that we should be Happy we let you go 30 minutes early I Wonder does he let State insurance companies off that exact 3 hours a week per person 20 men that's 60 hours per week and 240 hours a month and that's 3,280 a year They cheating insurance companies out of money for time they don't need paid for anyone count time and Money to be instead of treating client's...read full review
Bad experience from start to finish. The only reason I came to this facility was to have someone to refill my meds and they couldn't even handle that. My Psych NP was recklessly overscheduled and I don't think he could even pick me out of a lineup. The quality of care was very poor. They have no online presence and give their patients no means of contacting their provider except leaving a message with reception. My NP ghosted me completely and allowed my prescriptions to lapse even though I left several messages asking for refills. I never heard from him again and had to find a new provider to get the meds I needed.
Been going here for at least a year now. Very shocked too see so many poor reviews. The office is an old office e and could use some remodeling. But I do think go there for what the office looks like. Been a patient of Dr. McNeelys not only at Woodman Primary but at myold AOD treatment center. He listens and really cares. Never had to wait very long to be seen and was only drug screened once the first day i went there. When my pharmacy was out of my medication they made sure that they called them in to another pharmacy of my choice. It did take 2 days but they get busy.
