You must have an appointment to get labwork drawn, or you'll wait for hours to do it as a walk-in. My clinic called and told me to go get lab work done, but they didn't tell me I needed an assignment. When I got there, I was told it would be a 3-4 hours wait as a walk-in. I wasted a trip there and still haven't gotten my labs drawn yet.

Recently went to the ER after a pretty hard fall, landing right on my chest. Hard to breathe, lots of pain, etc.. No Xray or MRI. Nothing. Was given Tylenol and voltaren gel and lidocaine patches and that I should feel better in 3 or 4 days and sent away. 10 days later, the pain is so much worse, but I feel like there's no point in going back because they just don't seem to care about patients. They act like everyone is there trying to score opioids or something, which is funny since I'm allergic. If you don't have a visible gaping wound spewing blood, they treat you like a malingerer. Very disappointed

I was very hesitant to switch my daughters pediatrician here after hearing some of the things about base hospitals. However, I am SO glad I did. Any time she has been seen, the staff has always been very gentle, kind, informative, patient, and the list goes on and on. The doctors really listen to you and don’t over complicate things. I also had to take my daughter (8 months old) to the ER. They informed me that they don’t really see pediatric patients here but let me tell you, they were PHENOMENAL.
