He solves all problems even if you’re the problem lol the doctors are nice and they are efficient. “I like Oak Street Health because of the friendly staff. Dylon was very helpful with giving me all the information about Oak Street Health and the doctors and nurse practitioners that are available, the cleanliness and set up in the lobby, community room, and through out the doctor's office (clinic). Dylon gave me a tour. Everything looked so nice. Dr. Z was amazing. He took the time to listen and talk to me about my medical history and the medications that I'm on. Everyone went over and beyond. Oak Street Health is now my new doctor provider. They put their patient's needs first.“

“5 stars is not enough for the experience I had here. I am chronically ill so I have had a lot of experience with doctors offices (used to waiting a long time, rude/dismissive people, etc). My first visit here was one the best experiences at a drs office I have ever had. I was able to make an appt to be seen relatively quickly. Janice, at the front desk, greeted me right away, and was extremely positive, helpful, and patient. I was seen quickly, and Hillary and Kaitlyn were kind and friendly. Kaitlyn was extremely patient, and throughly answered all my questions. I did not feel rushed, and felt that she genuinely cared and wanted to help me. She took time to address all of my concerns. She was seriously amazing!! Following my appt, I got lab work done. Ashley was friendly, quick, and efficient. I have terrible veins and have never gotten blood done so painlessly and so fast! It was extremely convenient to get lab work done right there. I was able to get it done right away with no wait. Overall, I felt cared about by every staff member I interacted with. My experience was amazing, and I’m so happy I found this place! I would recommend it to everyone!“

I have had ghe system for over 2 years now and decided I should test it . I hit the test button and with in seconds I had Lynn asking me if I was ok and if needed any emergency assistance. She called me by name and. Was so calm and a true. Angel to talk to . . She walked me through resetting the machine and answered all my questions with confidence which gives me reassurance living alone and being disabled .
. If you were ever questioning having one then make the call . Maybe you will get lucky like i did and get Lynn .!! Again thanks Lynn for being so kind and informative with me .“

“Amazing doctors and everything you need is in one place. If you need to see a family doctor , if you need to see a psychiatrist, if you need vision looked at or blood work taken. They have a dentist there, Even the pharmacy delivers if you’re not able to get out and get Your prescription, they will bring it to you at no cost, they also help a lot with counseling and I’ve seen on the first floor a lot that they help with diapers and stuff. They are such an amazing Clinic and they are the closest thing that we can get to as adults with the care that we get being close to what Children’s Hospital does with their patients. I would highly recommend this place to anybody and everybody! They are absolutely amazing and if it wasn’t for them, I would not know about everything that I have wrong with me. My old doctor did not do anything and they are on it!!!! they are so nice there like I said closest to Children’s that you will ever get everyone there has compassion and is understanding. The doctors are so amazing. I can’t hype them up enough. If you don’t have a doctor I recommend definitely going there.“
