I came in on the wrong date and they fit me in. The staff at the front desk could not have been nicer! (Simone and another sweet woman). Emma performed the takes and she was also very accommodating and nice!I have been coming here for the last 5 years for mammograms and I have always left feeling as I have been treated with the outmost respect.I also love that they collect donations for such an important cause and I also love their words of encouragement drawing basket!I’m confused as to why this facility only has a 3 star rating…So KUDOS to them! Customer service at its best!

I had a follow-up mammogram and ultrasound this morning, obviously a bit of a stressful situation. I was made comfortable from the moment I signed in until I left. The care team kept me informed every step of the way. The staff went above and beyond to make a difficult situation much easier. Thank you!

I went for the 1st time this morning. (3/8/23) the tech was awesome she walked me through everything as she was doing it. It was not painful or anything. I was in and out in less then 45 minutes. I had 3 women ahead of me too. I want to say the techs name was Jessica but I'm not 100% sure.
