I like Oak Street Health because of the friendly staff. Dylon was very helpful with giving me all the information about Oak Street Health and the doctors and nurse practitioners that are available, the cleanliness and set up in the lobby, community room, and through out the doctor's office (clinic). Dylon gave me a tour. Everything looked so nice. Dr. Z was amazing. He took the time to listen and talk to me about my medical history and the medications that I'm on. Everyone went over and beyond. Oak Street Health is now my new doctor provider. They put their patient's needs first.

I have NO problem with the medical care I have received from Oak Street. The staff and NPs are great, but I do have a problem with the service I receive concerning my insurance. My United Health care coverage requires I have proof of my chronic condition (diabetes) and sent a form to Oak Street to verify that condition. The form either never arrived or was lost and my insurance will be cancelled by the end of February if that proof of condition is not provided. I contacted Oak Street on the 7th of February to get this situation fixed. I was told someone would get back with me. No one did.
