“Tom Shannon came to our house to quote a new Trane furnace for us. He is very knowledgeable and didn’t try to sell us something that we didn’t need or want. His recommendation was to give us the unit we needed to replace our 20 year old system. This man is very passionate about getting you exactly what you need.

When Mike and Aiden came in to do the installation they first covered all our flooring with drop cloths to protect the surfaces. They were very thorough on explaining what was going to happen and how the new furnace would work. Mike went through the furnace operation and Aiden was helpful with the new WiFi thermostat. They left the house in the exact condition it was in when they arrived.

On a side note: We have used a different company for several years for our HVAC needs. Earlier in the summer our A/C unit was due for service and for the 3rd time we got canceled at the last minute. I called Burrier and they were able to get us on their schedule within a week and the tech we had was awesome. I highly recommend Burrier for your HVAC needs.“

“My wife posted on our local Facebook page looking for a part for our furnace, this company commented so I gave them a chance. I seen their 5 star reviews and was almost hesitant becasue there were no bad reviews at all. Once we dealt with them I can see why there were no bad reviews. This company is run by people who actually care and know their stuff. Matt came out and did a diagnostics on my furnace which was with the house I bought a bit over three years ago. The furnace is almost old enough to drink at this point but rather just quote a new one he took the time to look it over and find out it just needed a part to keep it going. I would highly recommend them to anyone and dont plan on dealing with any other companies with future needs myself becasue how great my experience was with them.“

“On Saturday we had a huge issue with our water heater. I called Reeves and Clare answered on the second ring. Thank god that she was there. She was nice and friendly and was able to get someone out to the house in 30 minutes. Jack showed up and fixed our problem so fast. No more leaking. He even recommended ways to improve our space by moving the new water heater. Monday came and Adam was there with a coworker, and the new heater. He was able to do everything we needed, including moving the tank to a better spot making it easier for us to use the basement. Between Adam and Jack, they had so much knowledge. They helped us lay out plans for future repairs and changes too. I'm so glad we called them, and they were able to be there for us on a Saturday. 10/10, we will be calling them for any plumbing needs in the future.“

“I called for service and the was pleasantly surprised when the service man arrived ahead of the scheduled time frame, and he called ahead to say he was 20 minutes out. He quickly fixed the problem, offered info about the company’s membership program which then saved us some money on today’s service and will provide a yearly check of our heating system this Fall.
