Received the greatest service. I had a morning appointment scheduled. Technician called and showed up first thing in the morning. I had a water leak in the basement. The technician evaluated and informed me what the problem was and what needed to be done. I agreed and the job was completed within the hour. Great service. I always get great service from Tom Schaefer Plumbing. That is what keeps me comimg back.
Due to new bureaucracy, our backflow preventer has to be tested annually. Tom Schaeffer Plumbing has done it the past two years very quickly and very easily for me as a homeowner. Very friendly and very responsive!
I had my first service visit from Tom Schaefer, and was very impressed with the work that Jase performed. I was scheduled for a tune-up of my AC unit, and I was also having humidity challenges following a renovation. Jase took a look at my exterior unit and also inspected the humidifier and determined that the humidifier was not turned on. Once he made the adjustment, my humidity challenges were quickly corrected. I appreciate the time that Jase spent listening to my concerns and Tom Schaefer now has a customer for life. Appreciate everything!
