I want to express many thanks to Burrier HVAC in Mentor for the great work done by their two installers (Kurtiss and Sam) who came and installed a new furnace and AC condenser. I also want to give a thank you to the estimator Tom Shannon for coming and explaining in detail the work that would be performed. He was very polite, courteous and responsive to all my questions even after he had gone... and while on his vacation. During the installation an unforeseen problem arose when the in ground metal distribution box was discovered to be badly rusted. Burrier Heating and Cooling replaced both our furnace and our air conditioner. Start to finish the process was easy and painless and I couldn't be happier with the finished work. The technicians were professional, confident and efficient, I appreciate how well they worked together. Tom Shannon helped me to choose the right replacements, without over-spending - and I have had the equipment installed for a couple months now and everything has been as promised.

We had a whole house hvac system installed. Curtis and Sam were great. Very knowledgable. Their craftsmanship was superb. They were very respectful of our home. Tom was very informative when we were making our decision. We highly recommend Burrier.
