His recommendation was to give us the unit we needed to replace our 20 year old system. This man is very passionate about getting you exactly what you need.
When Mike and Aiden came in to do the installation they first covered all our flooring with drop cloths to protect the surfaces. They were very thorough on explaining what was going to happen and how the new furnace would work. Mike went through the furnace operation and Aiden was helpful with the new WiFi thermostat. They left the house in the exact condition it was in when they arrived.
On a side note: We have used a different company for several years for our HVAC needs. Earlier in the summer our A/C unit was due for service and for the 3rd time we got canceled at the last minute. I called Burrier and they were able to get us on their schedule within a week and the tech we had was awesome. I highly recommend Burrier for your HVAC needs.”
