I turned the water off and called Best Plumbing first thing in the morning. They were at my house in less than 90 minutes. They found the leak immediately and fixed it quickly. I hope I don't ever need them again, but they will definitely be my first phone call if I have any plumbing issues in the future.“

Dave does an excellent job, is reasonably priced, but, he also gives a time when he will be there, not a two hour window. For a businessman, that is worth a lot, and I appreciate it. He also tells you if there are things he could do but you can do yourself without difficulty. Best I have ever encountered in Westerville, and I recommend him highly.“

“Recently our sump pump died (a bitter story that is not relevant to this review) and our basement flooded. After searching the Pataskala FB group for good recommendations I found Cruikshank Plumbing repeatedly mentioned. I followed up by reading their google reviews where they also had great remarks. Based on that information, I called them. Michelle answered the phone and was very professional and reassuring. Even though it was already in the afternoon, they sent Avery out to inspect things to see what had happened. Avery was very respectful of our property and very thorough in his examination.It was late in the day, but he still took the time to walk me through what had happened and gave me his recommendation. There was no pressure at all to go with their company at any point. After I agreed, he came back the next day and fixed the problem. He once again explained the new system to me along with its operation and verified that everything was working correctly.“

Let me start by saying I first called another plumbing company by the name of Bassett Services, they came out for $90 service call to tell me my leaking Moen faucet in the shower could be replaced for $1400 or try and repair for $900. And was told by the tech that if I had known they offer free estimates but because I didn't ask when I set up the appt. I get to pay $90!!But then I called Mark Cantrell Plumbing and a gentleman by the name of Ron Mickley came out to help me fix the leaking faucet. He was awesome, knowledgeable said he has worked with Moen for 30 plus years. He repaired my leaking faucet and its like new and all for only $380.Great company, great staff, and fair pricing!!!Don't call Bassett Services they are a rip off.“
