Ekoue was very efficient and completed the installation in 45 minutes, however, draining the old water heater took a little longer than expected due to a heavy buildup of scale in the tank. Ekoue did an excellent job making sure to clean up the area before leaving.“

“Over the summer we had Cai Cabinetry install for our new kitchen. Not only was the work gorgeous but it was fast and efficient. They were very nice to work with and made sure we were as educated as we wanted to be, and satisfied at every step.

This past week a cabinet door broke due to a dumb accident on my part. They immediately sent out a guy to fix it, no questions asked.

I only recommend them to my family and friends when it comes to any work they can do. They’re professional, honest, trustworthy, and all around a pleasure to work with!

Update: After a year we had a small piece fail on a drawer. Probably my fault putting a full Costco foil box in it. Jianshen picked up on a Saturday and ended up driving replacement pieces over. I still compare all other businesses to CAI.“

“Elite home remodeling saved our sanity and our bathroom!

We unfortunately hired an inexperienced contractor to initially update our master bathroom and fix a leak issue, but they ended up making it worse. Our neighbor referred us to Elite, and working with the Elite team restored our faith in humanity. They are extremely transparent about expenses, options for finishes, and how long our project would take. The team guided us throughout the whole process and made sure that we visited their showroom (and partner showrooms) to ensure we inspected everything we picked out. While they were fixing our bathroom they uncovered so many other issues the other contractor left behind. The team walked us through what they needed to do to make it right. We appreciated their professionalism and attention to detail. Getting on Elite's book is worth the wait! We now have a master bathroom that we absolutely love and look forward to re-hiring Elite for future projects. Thank so much turning something so awful and frustrating into such a masterpiece!“

“I manage a apartment building and my residents were not getting hot water. Called another company first and they said we needed new tanks over 40k. We then called Yoder and Chris came out. He took his time and looked at everything. He then said we need a new valve. Chris and 2 others did the install and were great to work with, understanding of the residents. It was a great experience. We had an issue the next day and Chris was right back at the property. When he left it was all resolved. The next day he stopped back just to make sure everything was working right! Great customer service Chris!! You will be our first call next time!!“

They were here just about everyday. Progress was constant. In comparison, a house just down the road started a garage to master bedroom conversion within days of our project. The craftsmanship was superb, and my family is thrilled with the results. “The company did an excellent job. They were thoroughly professional and the work was done to perfection (literally). The flooring and trim look beautiful and the work is very detailed down to the last bit of trim. The tile in the foyer and half bath was also well done as were the installing of a new pedestal sink in that bathroom. The workers also cleaned up every day following the days work and they even cleaned the new wood floors once the job was finished. We are very happy with the work and the price and would certainly call Boyden Renovations again if we have additional remodeling work.“
