We had a New Shower unit put in our Master Bathroom and from the time he looked at the job with a Mask on (I'm High Risk ) and the Price he quoted was well below Major Bathroom remodelers . Yes we had to wait a few weeks due to the virus but communication was Great . When the 2 guys showed up to start the job they were Pleasant , Polite and VERY GOOD..The 1st day when they broke for lunch and we went to look at how much progress they had made I was Amazed they cleaned up the entire work area as if they hadn't even started..It was Really clean as it was when they left in the evening. 100% Satisfied, Great Job !!! Our A/C went out during this heat wave and needed replaced.
We received 2 questionable diagnoses and estimates from other HVAC companies. One company even quoted us $7k for just an evaporator coil replacement, but didn’t even check for leaks or say why it needed replaced!

Precision Seven replaced both Evaporator and Condenser assemblies for just under $5400. Can’t beat their honesty either!

“To start, I was hesitant to take on a home remodel as I'd had a very bad previous experience with a local person who did a horrible job with a flooring project; I therefore did much research before I decided to hire ValEquity to handle a kitchen remodel (as well as a small half bath remodel and stairway work). To say that they went above and beyond is an understatement. Mike led the project and his communication was superb. I always knew who would be here and when; it was clear what work would be done and most days, it was Jim who was here (who was incredible. . .also went above and beyond, including letting my dog out, joking with my kids, shoveling the snow in my driveway, pulling in my trash cans, cleaning the site every day, etc. ). Their crew's attention to detail was outstanding; an example of this is when they moved my refrigerator. They literally took a photo of the inside so that when they moved it, they could match where everything was again. When there was a very small error in an order, it was corrected two days later (no delay in the project whatsoever). Additionally, during the project, when Mike and I collectively had a conversation about the length of the kitchen island possibly being too long, it was corrected the same day. During the kitchen project when I asked Jim his thoughts about adding on the half bath to my project, he gave me his insight, without trying to upsell me on anything, and the entire project was still completed on schedule. They care deeply about their customers (hosted both a Thanksgiving gathering and skating party during the length of my project). I truly cannot say enough good things about my experience with ValEquity; I never felt misinformed, or taken advantage of, at anytime during the project and would highly recommend them to anyone. I absolutely love the end product and if I am in any need of a home project in the future, I would most definitely hire them again.“

“I had hail damage on my roof. My husband was in the hospital and I was able to get the roof done thanks to Adam. He handled the insurance for me and it all worked out perfectly. After the roof I was looking for gutter toppers. I had quotes from companies wanting $15 to 20 k for the job. I was about to give up and Adam had stopped by to look over the toof. He said he could get me gutter toppers for a much more reasonable price. They put them on and they look great. “Overall the experience with Thompson was a positive one. I had significant damage to my kitchen because if a fire. I also had much smoke damage to several rooms in my condo. Thompson was very efficient in getting work lined up to take care of it all. We did have a glitch with getting the cabinets replaced due to the manufacturer’s fault but Tony and Carolyn worked very hard to resolve the issue. Troy in particular did a great job painting the kitchen and ceiling. He went the extra mile when installing the cabinets to make sure that job was perfect and it was!“

“I cannot put into words how amazing Jeff was to deal with. My he did a roughly 17x19 composite deck for me in Timbertech (Coconut Husk) with build in post lighting. Used the existing structure from my old wood deck. Took 4 days, he was on time every day, tools and materials were very organized.
