“I cannot put into words how amazing Jeff was to deal with. My he did a roughly 17x19 composite deck for me in Timbertech (Coconut Husk) with build in post lighting. Used the existing structure from my old wood deck. Took 4 days, he was on time every day, tools and materials were very organized. Everything was done by Jeff himself, no contractors. 100/100 times im picking A1 and Jeff for my deck work. Pictures don’t even do it justice.”

“To start, I was hesitant to take on a home remodel as I'd had a very bad previous experience with a local person who did a horrible job with a flooring project; I therefore did much research before I decided to hire ValEquity to handle a kitchen remodel (as well as a small half bath remodel and stairway work). To say that they went above and beyond is an understatement. Mike led the project and his communication was superb. I always knew who would be here and when; it was clear what work would be done and most days, it was Jim who was here (who was incredible. . .also went above and beyond, including letting my dog out, joking with my kids, shoveling the snow in my driveway, pulling in my trash cans, cleaning the site every day, etc. ). Their crew's attention to detail was outstanding; an example of this is when they moved my refrigerator. They literally took a photo of the inside so that when they moved it, they could match where everything was again. When there was a very small error in an order, it was corrected two days later (no delay in the project whatsoever). Additionally, during the project, when Mike and I collectively had a conversation about the length of the kitchen island possibly being too long, it was corrected the same day. During the kitchen project when I asked Jim his thoughts about adding on the half bath to my project, he gave me his insight, without trying to upsell me on anything, and the entire project was still completed on schedule. They care deeply about their customers (hosted both a Thanksgiving gathering and skating party during the length of my project). I truly cannot say enough good things about my experience with ValEquity; I never felt misinformed, or taken advantage of, at anytime during the project and would highly recommend them to anyone. I absolutely love the end product and if I am in any need of a home project in the future, I would most definitely hire them again.”

“Very happy with my experience with Precision Seven.<br><br>Our A/C went out during this heat wave and needed replaced.<br>We received 2 questionable diagnoses and estimates from other HVAC companies. One company even quoted us $7k for just an evaporator coil replacement, but didn’t even check for leaks or say why it needed replaced!<br><br>Precision Seven replaced both Evaporator and Condenser assemblies for just under $5400. Can’t beat their honesty either!<br><br>I received great and timely service, and they received a customer for life.”

We ran into delays on our end due to HOA approval taking longer than expected, and they were incredibly flexible and accommodating throughout the whole process — responsive every step of the way and never made us feel like an inconvenience despite the unpredictable scheduling.<br><br>When it was time to actually get to work, everything ran like clockwork. The crew showed up exactly when expected, stayed organized on-site, and cleaned up thoroughly each day. Beyond the painting itself, they also replaced a significant number of cedar boards that needed attention before the work could begin — that kind of thoroughness made a real difference in the final result. They took real care with the prep work — all windows were properly taped off, and there wasn't a drop of paint on the deck or anywhere it shouldn't be.<br><br>It's also worth noting that our house presents some real challenges — the backyard has steep drop-offs that make access and setup significantly more complicated than a typical exterior job. They handled it without issue and the pricing was reasonable for the scope and quality of work delivered.<br><br>If you're looking for painters who are professional, communicative, do excellent work, and price fairly even on a difficult job, I'd recommend them without hesitation.”
