“I wanted to get on here and acknowledge the outstanding service I recieved from this team at Jason’s Water Heaters Plus.
Initially I was going to go with a company that I had previously had serviced my sunk pump but, because of how I was talked to when inquiring about an estimate, I started looking elsewhere.
When calling Water Heater Plus I had. When doing allot of research ahead of time. I was greeted by Aliena, who treated me with respect, presented me with the different tanks and sizes they install and also the warranties that were offered.
After Praying & going over the bids, I called back to let Elaina know I had taken a picture of the specs & in fact it was an 80 gal electric but, it was leaking a little more. Jay answered the phone when calling back, offered to stop by on his way home, he said he did not live far from my just to make sure we were going to be OK until the following day.
The next day I had an emergency to deal with so it was postponed until the next day at 11am Eric arrived 10 minutes early & Dustin soon behind, these two young men were so good, finished the job, cleans up new one in old one out & new shut off valve within two hours.”
