The ladies in the office are wonderful. Good communication and got me in the same week. Tiffany the technician is wonderful, explained everything step by step. Will share my good experience with friends and family.
Our furnace went out in the middle of the night and we woke up to a cold house. I called Mark and his office staff called me back and set up an appointment that morning with the first available technician. Kyle came out and diagnosed the problem quickly. He ordered the correct replacement part, went and got it and replaced it all within a couple of hours. The furnace was up and running just after lunch and the house was up to temp quickly. Kyle kept us informed all the way through the process and whole thing was very reasonably priced. We can't thank Mark and his crews enough for their excellent service.
T&M is truly the best HVAC company you can have a maintenance contract with! Their service is outstanding from start to finish. Tiffany, the technician, is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and takes the time to explain everything clearly. Ashley in the office is also fantastic—very understanding, helpful, and always easy to work with. I feel confident knowing my system is in great hands with T&M. Highly recommend!
