I found that the furnace was shutting off within ten minutes of running my AC at a property I manage in Toledo. I'm based in Detroit so finding a reliable company was very important to me as I would need to travel over an hour to meet the technician onsite.
The technician Shamy sent out, George, was not only on time he also called/texted ahead of time to give me an eta as I requested when I scheduled the appointment.
