I called in am to see if someone could come look at my ac unit it was not blowing out cold air 20 mins later they called back and said yes we will be out today from about 10am to 2 pm I say omg ty ty ty yes I will be home 30 mins later a technician called said he would be there in about 15 mins he was his name was George he was AWESOME with in about 30 mins it was all fixed .Shamy is the best

On Christmas eve my furnace motor went out at 2am, I called like 19 companies for help. Within 10 minutes of calling Shamy Heating and Air Conditioning, they returned my call and Within 1/2 hour out to give me help. They were polite and curious on the phone and service technician also as polite and knowledgeable to my needs. The parts were ordered and installed a couple of days later with little to no effort. Shamy is one of the best companies in the Toledo area. Their products are excellent. My furnace lasted 29 years! I had a premium service plan that provided substantial discounts. Amazingly, all the premiums paid were returned to me as a discount on a new HVAC system. The installers were friendly, courteous and competent, as expected from previous experience. Shamy goes beyond expectations to take good care of customers.
