We recently had our AC replaced by Iceberg, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience from start to finish.
A technician, Colin, came out on Wednesday, followed by Carl, in sales, that same day. They were able to get us scheduled for installation Friday morning. They even had next-day availability, but those times didn’t work for me, so they worked around my schedule.
One thing that really stood out was how well Colin and Carl treated me as the homeowner. My husband was at work, and I was the one handling everything. Rather than brushing me off or making me feel like I needed my husband there, Carl sat down with me and took the time to explain everything. He gave me three options, explained the pros and cons of each, and then honestly recommended what he felt would work best for our home. I never felt pressured into the most expensive option. I felt like I was actually being educated so I could make a decision I was comfortable with.
Josh and the installation team were fantastic as well. They were professional, respectful, and did a great job. Before they left, Josh walked me through the new system, showed me everything, and explained how it all worked. I really appreciated that they didn’t just install it and leave.
We also got a second opinion from another company, and the difference was night and day. That experience was wildly unprofessional and basically amounted to being handed a price tag with very little explanation. It made me appreciate Iceberg even more because with them, I truly felt like they were looking out for our best interest—not just trying to make a sale.
