I was a little nervous going into my appointment because I mostly buzz cut my own hair at home and don't see a barber regularly, but my wedding was coming up and my fiancée was never going to allow me to cut my own hair lol. We were greeted with a friendly hello right when we walked in and from the moment my appointment began, my nerves went away because my man Ghali here is a legit pro and had everything covered. Whatever my expectations were for this appointment, they were blown out of the water with quality of service and a friendly conversation. Not even for a second did it feel like Ghali was just going through the motions. He takes his time and really gives you the VIP treatment, and for as stressful as the wedding planning has been, I needed that. I walked out feeling like a million bucks which if you knew me, is not something I ever say. My only problem is, now that my soon to be wife has seen how nice my hair and beard can look, there's no chance I'll ever be allowed to cut my own hair again. So looks like I'll be booking with Ghali regularly. I could not recommend him any higher and highly recommend you treat yourself to the VIP package. It's totally worth it!

Our carpet installer referred us here and we absolutely loved the selection available. It's much broader than a big box store. And we loved the quality of carpets they had as well. We had some small squares that we borrowed to bring home and lay on our floor, which helped us to see the actual carpet in the actual setting. This made picking a color so much easier. There was no guesswork! We highly recommend the knowledgeable and friendly staff as well.

This salon has been around for decades, yet I'm not getting the same styling as my mom did when she went 25 yrs ago! I love what my stylist Donna has done with my hair! After each cut my friends tell me how much they like my hair! It's an easy cut for me to handle each day. Best part? Donna styled my mom's hair too and she and I can share stories about my mom! Give LaDonna's a try! Get an updated not outdated hairstyle at a great cost!
This was my first visit. My stylist, Meriki was very friendly and easy to talk to. She explained what she was doing and checked with me that my haircut was as expected and that I was satisfied. I have an allergy to SLS and she checked the products she used to make sure that ingredient was not present in anything she used. I was very impressed! I bought 2 of the products she recommended, otherwise my cut would have been about $55. Their website says they charge based on the experience level of the stylist, so prices may vary.
Chloe and the staff are amazing. They are very knowledgeable and work together as a team. My color is always perfect and I enjoy the atmosphere. No gossiping or bickering.

Some things in life you want unchanged. Timeless. Just do the basics well; no need to gild the lily. Barbershops are like that. Ledgewood is that in spades. Great vibe. From young shavers up on the bolster to old timers like me, everyone is treated with respect. No nonsense, no fancy frou frou, just good, solid barbering. My cut was so good I wished I lived in Strongsville and not out of state.
I’ve seen Ryan at The Classic Barbershop for many years and followed him to two different shops in Strongsville. His haircuts are consistent and modern with a nice touch of old school barber etiquette. He pays attention to every detail and is easy to communicate with to get exactly what you want. He’s also very personable and after meeting him once you’ll feel like you’ve known him for years-always greeting you with a smile and a handshake. You won’t be disappointed!
I’m not from the area, and was in a pickle needing a haircut at the very last minute for an event. I called well over 10 local barbershops and no one was willing or able to get me in, I called and spoke to Rich and not only could he get me in, he was willing to wait for me (I arrived 15 minutes after standard closing time). He was amazing! I’ve went to the same barber for the last 6 years, and have only getting cut from someone else 1 other time. Rich did a phenomenal job. Very personable and professional. Phenomenal. I received a Mother’s Day treatment as a referral client. Had no idea what I was in for but knew I needed some self care in my life. Somewhat nervous as I am very cautious with my hair, Ashley’s warm spirit and product knowledge put me to ease. All natural products with only 3-6 ingredients (she let me read everything she put in my hair) Penetrative, restorative, healing practices were performed. I walked in with dry damaged curls. I walked out with hair like silk. She actually made my hair color look better with out any chemicals. Ashley doesn’t just do hair…she creates a whole spa experience. Not only did she make me look good, but feel good on a day I wasn’t.

Currently have a French shellac pedi - perfectly intact just grown own - I got it done May 20, today is July 10! The best part is no smell from the hair color, no itching or burning that I used to experience elsewhere. And the hair color stays in my hair and not all over my towel. All the employees at The Spa at Springfield are friendly and helpful! My fiancé and I have gotten mani-pedis twice. The pedicures are especially relaxing with the massage chairs! We'll definitely be back for special occasions!
Got my nails done by emery here! My first time having a manicure, she was very thorough and applied all the steps, and answered my questions. My inspiration was International Strawberry Day and the transition from Winter to Spring, and she delivered! Air quality was good because we were the only people there at first, and then it stayed good when several more came in. I would love to come back!
Very unfortunate experience for my husband. I'm grateful I did not have his experience when we went. Due to the "nature" of his experience at Spavia in Strongsville Ohio, he doesn't wish to recall it, and so asked that I write this review for him instead. Initially, the owners/managers of this establishment appeared very concerned. Even asking that he "send" his experience to them in writing, since he was to upset to express it to them at the time. We were hopeful and did so almost a month ago. We have received NO reply from them concerning his experience, to date. We were hoping to write an "updated," more positive review based on the owners/managers desire to help, and "to make it right," so they said. Sadly, we cannot. Please read on and judge for yourself... Based on Ashley’s reviews, it’s clear his experience wasn’t due to her lack of skill or knowledge, but rather her lack of enthusiasm and unwillingness to perform the service with care. Making his 60 minutes session grueling and very uncomfortable. Far below Spavia’s standards. From an excessively long and overly oily scalp effleurage "rub." It could hardly be called a scalp "massage." To the poor use of the stones, it was absolutely apparent that Ashley performed the "whole" service begrudgingly. After spending over $200, including tip, my husband left feeling stressed instead of relaxed. Maybe she was having an off day, I'm not sure, but for an establishment like Spavia — especially at this price point — the service was totally unacceptable. To say the least. I’m writing this review on his behalf, as it was such a disappointing and demeaning experience that he prefers not to relive it. To their credit, the managers immediately expressed concern and offered to make things right. Since he was unable to explain his level of disappointment at that time, the managers/owners advised him to write this review. Which we sincerely appreciated, at the time. However, their words and seeming concern for him remain, unfulfilled.

I had such a wonderful experience at this shop! From the moment I walked in, everyone was so kind and welcoming—the vibe was super comfortable and friendly. Charlie, the artist who did my hand tattoo, was amazing. Not only is the work absolutely beautiful (I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out), but Charlie was patient, professional, and so easy to talk to. You can tell they really care about both their craft and their clients. I left with a gorgeous tattoo and a really positive experience—I’d highly recommend this shop and especially Charlie!
First tattoo with my mom. We called again earlier in the day but hadn’t appropriately scheduled an appointment. Angus was generous and had taken us in. And from the start I knew it would be a great experience. My mom and I were nervous (first tattoo jitters) but Angus was calm, collective and helped us become that too by being reassuring and communicative. The process with Ohio Buckeye Plumbing was beyond easy. I called Monday morning and by Tuesday afternoon we had a new water heater. They are the BEST! Mike was on time, incredibly professional and kind - worked so hard and left the space better than he found it. The pricing was fair (we got two other quotes). Truly, I hope I don't need a lot of plumbing work, but I will always call Ohio Buckeye Plumbing if I do!

This is the third time we have used Vantage Point. Each time we have been pleased with their punctuality, willingness to listen to our suggestions of how to do certain things, and thoroughness of cleaning and polishing.
We will use them again.
We reused Vantage on 8/11/20. Three woman came to do a deep cleaning and polishing of our many wooden objects. The women arrived as scheduled,, worked very well together and went out of their way, to be sure I could get my own tasks accomplished.
We have scheduled them for cleaning, every two weeks, for the next couple of months.
9/14/21 Today marks ? the 5th time Abby has come to clean. She is friendly, polite and very thorough. Also she is respectful of any suggestions I might make. Plan: Continue using Vantage Cleaning.

Directions: I-71 exit 231 (OH-82 WB.) To Prospect Rd (OH-237 NB), turn right. 1/4 mi after RR crossing and stop light, look for the green Kalinich sign in front of the white house. Turn right into the driveway immediately afterwards (swing wide/it's easy to miss). Will be turning into the driveway between the two small white houses. Will see loading docks straight ahead. Will need to do a U-turn or Y-turn to get turned around. They gave me a dock quickly and started loading me right away. When you bump the dock, pull forward an inch or two so they can raise the dock plate.
Tom was extremely prompt with his estimate. The price was extremely reasonable compared to other quotes. He was timely with the completion of the job. Very professional, clean up was perfect. I would recommend them and hire them again if needed.
We had a large remodel done by Kaye construction. They are very professional, hard working and honest. Our home is beautiful. We have a gorgeous new kitchen, new flooring and carpet, painting throughout our house, an updated bathroom and the most amazing new staircase. Everyone who works for them is top-notch. Dan, Chris and Gary were excellent at every phase of the job. Demo, drywall, building, installing and every tiny detail imaginable. On time, courteous and just down right great people to work with. If you have ANY concerns at all, they will address it until you are happy with the results. Every other professional that they worked with was great as well. The electrician, plumber, painter and carpet installation. We highly recommend Kaye Construction for any home project that you may have. We definitely plan to use their services in the future. I'm someone that has been terrified of dentists all my life and have never kept a regular dentist until I came here. I've been coming to the office for 2 years now and don't dread the appointments out of fear any more. Everyone is extremely gentle and caring. What I also really like is the efficiency of the office, I don't wait in the chairs for an hour with my anxiety rising. From the time they take you back, you are being worked on. I highly recommend this office for regular dentist care and especially if you're afraid like I have been.
Long overdue 5 star rating for Dr. Gentilcore. He has been my dentist since a child and I have never looked elsewhere. If there is a problem he is prompt to helping fix it. He's always pleasant and happy to listen. His staff is also excellent. Of all the years going to this place, there's been minimal turnover of staff which I think helps support the fact that it is a great place with great people!

Dr. Bryan is awesome! I have never met a doctor who listens more carefully to every word you say. I came here the first time very skeptical of Chiropractic medicine. By the 4th visit, I was a believer. After 10 months of doctors & tests elsewhere, 4 weeks with Dr. Bryan, and the addition of therapeutic massage, took away my pain and returned my body to normal!
They did amazing when it came time to put my girl down. It always is the worst to have to put a pet to sleep so they no longer are suffering from cancer.
My sweet cat was hit by a car last year and in desperation I took him to Crossroads. Unfortunately my cat Onyx crossed over the rainbow bridge... but the employees were so caring. They took him from me immediately and asked questions later. They confirmed he had passed away and took the time to return my Onyx's body back to me in a sweet and loving way. They refused any money or compensation. I was shocked.I will definitely take my animals to Crossroads when I'm ready to adopt again.Thank you to all the amazing employees who were so reassuring and understanding.
