Wonderful. First time at a chain/corporate massage. Impressed. The staff is lovely, real, personal, professional. Environment all-around great. *Pam*, my massage therapist, is truly exceptional. I’m no stranger to massages of many types; this was the hands-down best one of my long-ish life. And she is perfect with all the usual personalizations, questions, sensitivity, etc., clearly intuitively great in her career. Strongsville Massage Envy needs 10/5 starts, and Pam around 1700. :)
