I always enjoy coming here!! I always leave feeling challenged, mentally cleansed, and balanced. There has not been a session or instructor that I have not thoroughly enjoyed. It’s a great place to practice and I will continue to practice here moving forward.

Thanks to this place and my practice here I have been able to handle life's ups and downs with ease. Both owners are amazing teachers. I only practice hot power because I love the heat. It is extremely healing and good for those who sit in a chair all day at work. I drive 40 mins to this studio several days a week because of the teachers and because it's the only studio with an hours drive of West side Cleveland that is truly ?? hot. Forever grateful to the owners for opening a place where everyone is welcome. No bias no judgement. Thank you Joyce and James!

I just took my first class and I am already so excited to go back! The studio is very nice and clean. The temperature and humidity controls are very impressive. The instruction is thoughtful and approachable. The cues are great. I haven’t been to a great yoga class since moving to Ohio last year and I feel so happy to have finally found an awesome place to practice!!
