I needed to get crowns for my teeth and I had a 3 hour appointment with Amber and Doctor T. Amber was really terrific in explaining what was going on and taking care of each step of the process. Dr. T is always most competent and a very good dentist. You can rely on this dentist (and Dr. Irene) if you want to take care of your teeth! He has great technology throughout his office.

I normally wouldn’t share this type of information publicly but I feel compelled to after the care I have received from Dr. T and Amber. I’ve become terrified of having dental work done to the point that I have panic attacks in the chair. Dr. T and Amber went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable enough to have the procedures done. I honestly don’t think I would have followed through if it weren’t for both of them. Dr. T made sure that I knew he was there to make me comfortable and he would go at whatever pace I needed. Amber checked in with me every few minutes and offered to let me take a break at any time. As usual, Dr. Theodorou is the best. The service and treatment from the entire staff is top notch. It was great to see Laser and Mercury also. I travel an hour from Mentor to get to the office, but is well worth the drive IMHO. Thank you.Had a issue with a new crown being to high. Staff got me right in, adjusted the crown and seems to be perfect now. ThanksHad my 6 month check up all good. Great to see everyone especially Laser and Mercury.
