Allen is very thorough, knowledable, with a great eye for detail. He is also very friendly, personable, and sincere. The inspection report was very detailed with photos of each area addressed. If you're looking for an inspector for your property, I highly recommend Inspector CLE.

Al did a great job, he explained everything he found as I walked with him during the inspection. He took the time to walk the entire attic and took an in-depth review of the heating/air system, electrical panel and hot water tank. He also gave me plenty of great tips on how to take care of some of the maintenance items the house needs.

Don't trust anyone but Allen for your home or property inspection. Best of the best. He was early, thorough, patient and took the time to make sure we understood each and every part of the inspection process clearly and completely. Allen felt more like a trusted family member during the process than just another hired service. My father and I felt that he took a genuine interest in making my first home inspection, and residual knowledge for home ownership, well worth the cost.
