My sweet cat was hit by a car last year and in desperation I took him to Crossroads. Unfortunately my cat Onyx crossed over the rainbow bridge... but the employees were so caring. They took him from me immediately and asked questions later. They confirmed he had passed away and took the time to return my Onyx's body back to me in a sweet and loving way. They refused any money or compensation. I was shocked.I will definitely take my animals to Crossroads when I'm ready to adopt again.Thank you to all the amazing employees who were so reassuring and understanding. Thank you all for being so caring

I recently brought home a puppy after 8 years, so I feel like a brand new mommy all over again. My 8 year old Goldendoodle and my puppy gets such good care from Anita Grigor. She is very patient with me and helps me understand the best care for my 4 legged babies. I am impressed over the outreach texts I receive checking up on how they are doing when they have a health issue. I would highly recommend her.

Dr. Siclair and her team have always taken great care of our dogs. Our Buddy passed peacefully at Crossroads last week. I can’t express our gratitude for the care, comfort and compassionate way everything was handled. Buddy was a very special part of our family and will be missed. Thank you, Dr. Siclair and the entire team up there for EVERYTHING! We love you guys.
