The Spa at Springfield is an amazingly relaxing experience for a pedicure! Everyone is very welcoming and kind. Jessica and Shelby have done pedicures for my daughter and I the last few times we’ve gone and it’s a fantastic experience. I love that you can request a quiet appointment if you don’t want to chit chat. The regular polish lasts a long time! You get what you pay for here. Thanks Jessica and Shelby!
I booked myself The Wish List for my birthday. It included a massage, a facial, lunch (a delicious salad from the pizza place next door), mani, pedi, shampoo, blow dry, style and makeup application. It was everything I wanted and more. Every single person in the salon was so kind and warm, not to mention incredibly helpful and provided the best customer service I've had in a long time. Plus I got a little goodie bag and a card when I left. That was the cherry on top. It was so cute. Highly recommend!!! I cannot wait to come back!!!
This is my go to Spa since moving to STRONGSVILLE. It is a warm and welcoming place and the work of Jessica A for nails and waxing and Rebecca for hair is outstanding. If you haven’t tried them, you really should you won’t be disappointed.
