Been using the Tide Cleaners since we moved to Auburn Township a number years ago. They have always been very prompt in returning items. Always a good time. The several issues that I have had have always been handled quickly and fairly.There used to be a employee named Gloria, but she retired. A true customer service gem. Now dealing mostly with Heather and she is also a gem. Pleasant, polite and always smiling.
