About Tide Cleaners
Tide Cleaners offers friendly service, competitive prices, and a high-quality cleaning job. They provide discounts, including 20% off on first orders, and have a convenient app with coupons. Their expertise extends to removing tough stains and offering clothing alterations and repairs, with quick turnaround times. Customers appreciate the excellent customer service from staff, who are friendly, fast, and customer-focused. However, some items, such as jackets and shirts, have been returned more wrinkled than when dropped off, requiring additional steaming and pressing. There have been delays in returning items, with some shirts waiting longer than expected. Additionally, pants have sometimes come back with spots still visible, leading to re-dos. Pricing can be high, especially for small dresses, which are charged the same as larger items like men's suits, regardless of size or fabric. Overall, Tide Cleaners is known for quality work and convenient services, but there are occasional issues with wrinkles, delays, and pricing.
I received the birthday gift offer each year. I do not have a 2 piece suit so I brought in one sport coat. When he scanned the coupon at checkout it only reduced my cost by 1 dollar. When I explained it should be free he said the terms of the offer was for 2 pieces so the system only reduced the cost instead of making 1 free.
Has something changed this year as I have redeemed in previous years (only one sport coat) with no issues and gotten my sport coat cleaned for free? I can bring in 2 sport coats if that counts as 2 pieces if you can reload the coupon bar code?
Excellent customer service from associate in store. Friendly, fast and customer focused. However, two of the jackets and one shirt (brand new, never worn), were more wrinkled upon pick up than drop off. I just needed them steamed and pressed, a little starch to prevent wrinkles. That was disappointing and created extra work for me after laying a hefty price.
Would not recommend. Pants came back with spots still- sent back out for a ‘redo.’ They could have done extra first time around since we already marked at drop off tag that the spots needed extra attention. Charge far too much for a small dress (same price as for a men’s large suit) the size of a shirt… because of ‘one price for all’ dress pricing regardless of the scant amount of fabric/ size, etc.
