Scheduled an appointment to have our septic tank emptied. Tyler S. arrived on time and went above and beyond by answering all of my questions and doing a thorough job. He was professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend!

Pumped septic tank. The job was priced fairly and they arrived promptly. The workman went right to work, was respectful and friendly and most importantly competent. We will call them again when needed.

A quick story: I had recently misplaced my wallet at a gas station just outside of Columbus. A month had gone by since misplacing it when I got a facebook message from Colt, of ACE complete Septic!He asked if I'd misplaced the wallet, and I of course responded that I had and went on to describe it.He offered to ship it to me, free of charge. I asked if the cash (a few hundred bucks) was still there, he said yes it was and even sent a photo of it. I asked if he'd be alright with my husband and I driving over (we live 3hrs away in Indiana).
