We got a new sump pump from them last year. Our sump pump backup kicked in today with all the rain. Tammy in the office was very nice and helpful even with all the calls coming in about water issues. Mike came out about an hour later to check things out and make sure everything was working properly and get it reset. Every instance we have dealt with them has been five stars. Couldn't be happier with their service!
Excellent. Would highly recommend. My water heater started leaking overnight and I called Ohio Water Heaters early in the morning. They were out promptly to assess the situation and back soon after to replace the water heater and I had the sump pump replaced as well. On time and reasonably priced. I had so many plumbers to choose from but glad I chose Ohio Water Heaters & Plumbing.
We lost our water heater on a Saturday, called Ohio Water Heaters on Sunday and received a text back almost immediately. We were able to schedule a replacement and Steven installed it beautifully and also put in a leak detection system. We had hot water within 15 minutes of firing it up.
