All of the work was done by their employees, not subcontractors, and they have been in business for a long time. We went with them because we had our bathroom in our old house renovated by them over 35 years ago, with excellent results. All of their work was top quality and there were only a couple of problems that they took care of immediately. We thought we were getting a shower door with a towel rack and we got one with a door handle. The immediately ordered another one. Yes, there was some delay, but with a business doing top notch quality and employing all of there own people and not calling in a bunch of subcontractors, sometimes that is inevitable. He gave me a window of time that he would be there and showed up not only on time during that window, but spot on at the start of it. He came in, checked the drains we were concerned about, and helped us clear them. Kamran also recommended some items to us on Amazon that will help us prevent the issue going forward.
