“I've had Jeremy with Jim the Plumber come out on two occasions recently for two fairly in depth jobs. I am so happy with their work and pricing! The first job was a complete replacement of our natural gas lines. They stayed late to get it done in one day so we could have Duke come out and restore our service later that night. The second job we had done was a water heater replacement with new venting and additional natural gas line installation. Jeremy does super clean work and everything always looks very neat and organized at the end. They do a great job of explaining everything they need to do. Originally recommended by my mom, and also through the Pleasant Ridge Facebook group. There's a reason they are consistently so highly recommended! Will continue to use for all plumbing needs!“

She even wished us good luck at the doctor. Our techs, Roger and Sherman were awesome! Arrived right on time to clear our sewer line and also another plumbing issue. They were finished in under 2 hours for both jobs! They were a pleasure to deal with and we had a lot of laughs while getting the job done. Keep up the good work!“

“I am sure they are not allowed to go into overtime to help a complex for heating and hot water for 10 days. Lowest bidder gets the lowest service.I would like to edit this review. Our complex was not informed of the extensive repair work this complex required. We were only told " they could not complete it in one day as thought" . Very misleading on the complex response to residents. Thank you for your hard work. I have to come to understand it was a difficult task that the complex did not relay to residents. I apologize for my poor review before.“
