Austin and Braden, great job. Got my old water heater lit on a Friday, stayed late to do it. We had a newborn at home so needed it happen and the did. Price was fair and both were very honest and professional. Will use again and would recommend! Thanks!
First off, Kudos to Spartan Plumbing for instilling such great work ethic and customer service in their employees. My dad had what we thought was a small hot water problem, turned into a much larger, 2 1/2 day project and are grateful for the care and precise work provided by the team assigned to us. They identified some other safety issues that we were not aware of (and I am thankful for that)! Nick and Braden were the first to arrive to assess the issues. They quickly, but, very thoroughly, determined the issues and the needs of the job and provided quotes and explanations of each quote. After previous miscommunication, management, reception and Taylor and Austin were able to make my concerns be heard, fix the necessary issue leading into winter, and allow me to decide the pace I wanted to get work done. I appreciate the autonomy I was granted. I will definitely be using Spartan Plumbing again for future needs when required.
