Braden and Paul did a thorough assessment on my plumbing throughout the home and discussed their findings with me. The next day, they returned and worked diligently to get the jobs done. They were professional and personable and did a nice job.
Water appeared to be leaking from our new water heater but due to Alex's thorough research, it turned out to be loose PVC piping that allowed water from the dehumidifier to escape its drain connection. Alex was polite, respectful and understanding of our frustration.
Kade was very professional. Showed up on time (it was the first appointment of the day), very polite, quick, offered to help move stuff back into place after he was done checking things out.
