“I have never had such a great experience as I did with Steph! First of all she was so thorough and explaining the process of my hair extensions and recommending the right kind of extensions. She was crazy fast in installation and color corrected my extensions perfectly. She cut and razored my hair perfectly to fit the extensions. I even left with product that was included in the price of my treatment! Her salon is so beautiful and clean and she was beyond professional and pleasant when talking and while doing my service! “I very rarely write reviews but I had to take time for this business. I had several events to attend at the Hall of Fame last weekend and I had failed to get serviced at two other locations due to poor communication on their end. I frantically contacted this salon at the last moment and Jennifer (the owner)graciously accepted my request for service. My hair was not the most manageable as I had been in twists for several weeks but she patiently detangled, took time with my hair and her communication and attitude were great. Jennifer did a good job with my hair, as well she provided positive feedback about my hair. Jennifer was so personable and made me feel comfortable in allowing a stranger to provide hair care. I would definitely recommend her service ,furthermore her salon was nice and clean.“

“The girls there are top notch Kind and good at what they do. And listen to exactly what you want. Very hardworking. And if you're the kind of guys that go last second, and then don't tip and take these girls, kindness for weakness, just don't go.Because I've seen them even on some of their worst days, still stay late after to take people and help them when they absolutely don't have to. “I have been going to Great Clips for a while, but my last stylist left, and I have been putting off getting a hair cut since then. It is scary to start out with someone new, but you can put off a hair cut only for so long before you start looking like a wild woman. So today I bit the bullet and went to the salon in North Olmsted. My stylist was Justin, and I am so glad he happened to be there. He gave me a beautiful and stylish cut that looks and feels great. I hesitated putting his name in the review because probably people will start pouring in and then it will be impossible to get in with him, but I decided to be generous. Thank you, Justin.“
