“Luikart went above and beyond for us during the intense heat last week. We are both in our seventies and I am recovering from a recent stroke, so when our AC went out Sunday night it was extremely hard for us. We got a recommendation to contact them and even though our AC was not a brand they usually support Judy promised to see if one of their technicians could help us. She was able to send some one to us that afternoon.

He quickly diagnosed the problem as a capacitor that had failed. Since it was a standard part he was able to replace it right away. He than took the extra time to make sure that our air handler was working correctly and that there was the right temperature difference between outgoing and returning air. We were more than pleased with their service and commitment to customers.“

“Ben did a nice job fixing a problem that wasn't his fault. Here's my story. Had 2 different service calls for a home AC unit not working correctly, Ben was not involved in the service calls. 1st service call diagnostic was it's hot out. 2nd service call not Ben on this call either was very thorough and diagnose was a very expensive part. Decided to install new unit. Ben did install the new unit and did a very good job. The next day the new AC wasn't working correctly had to have another service call to fix the problem with the new AC unit. After that service call it still didn't work correctly. Had another service call to find the problem. Ben the installer and his partner came back and finally found the problem which I think was a faulty thermostat wire inside the wall somewhere. Pretty expensive wire.“
