I was not in town so I mailed them the glasses and they are now back with me . Incredible service and they always have the newest and freshest frames in town . “Ann Kurzer was so welcoming, kind, and thorough. I’ve only recently started to lose my eyesight and it’s been upsetting for me since I’ve had perfect vision my whole life. I started getting contacts and glasses with Shawnee Optical. Every contact I tried there felt like sand was in my eyes, they would itch and burn, and I just believed contacts weren’t compatible with me since Shawnee never gave me a lot of options. I also spent hundreds of dollars with them trying to find glasses that worked well but I never got a good pair. I gave up and resigned myself to cheap readers. I had a family member refer me to Target Optical and it was a game changer! Ann told me that my prescription was incorrect and that she never worked with the brand of contacts Shawnee told me were the best. “I'm very fortunate to have had Dr. Bierly as my optician for many years.Years back, I made the HUGE mistake of going to C*stco Optical where their optician SEVERELY overcorrected my vision, to the point where it was impossible to read at arms length. When I told Dr. T*te that I had lost so much function, she gaslit me and told me that I was at an age where I needed to buy readers to compensate for her initial overcorrection. When I told her the readers were not helping, she suggested buying stronger readers. It was humiliating, frustrating, and debilitating.Thank God, I was able to get back to Dr. Bierly's where he took the time to listen to me. “Honestly, overall great experience! When I called to book my exam the receptionist was so sweet and answered all of my questions about insurance and how much I would have to pay for my glasses. When I came in for my exam I was greeted by friendly staff and a warm office environment. Everyone was happy and kind, friendly and joking with each other. My exam was with Dr Gridley, I think he's one of the best eye doctors in the Dayton area, so friendly and thorough! Ordering my glasses with the girls out front was so fun! The girl with the long blonde hair helped me pick the perfect frame and she was so nice! I will definitely be coming back to this office next time I need and exam and glasses!“
“I dropped my debit card while shopping here. I realized it was gone when I went to check out. I panicked, as I had over $3,000.00 in my bank account. I went to Customer Service, and to my relief, one of their Stock Clerks saw it, and turned it in. I don't know who you were, but God Bless you for your honesty. “The Walmart vision and glasses center is great place providing great customer care and service!In November 2020 I received my first pair of glasses ever!!Besides the fact that I always wanted my eye vision to be perfect, excellent or whatever they were,everything was incredible they made me feel very comfortable in a very uncomfortable situation!I am not a prescription glasses person at all!!!The doctor was great, very knowledgeable and informative!He prescribed me glasses that are important that I use for reading and see my smartphone clearer, it's like HD!!I went the cheap route because I was hoping I didn't really need them.I wish I would have exchanged within the 2-month period but no worries I will come back soon and upgrade my glasses.I think they will have to recut the lens but I'm all right with that so I can feel more comfortable wearing them.I'll have these things for a long time. Maybe?“
