We had a fantastic experience from beginning to end with Windows Direct/My Last Bath. Tina was our salesperson and she made us comfortable from the moment she walked in our door. She genuinely made us feel like she was there to help us make our bathroom safer. She kept in touch with us and called right back anytime we had any questions or concerns. We liked her so much, we actually decided to get the walk-in shower we called about and a new tub in our other bathroom.Originally it was supposed to be at least a month before installation but we got a call after a couple of weeks they had an early opening. Cliff and Kyle's crew did an amazing job converting our walk-in shower to a soaker-tub! Wonderful group of guys to have working in our home. Extremely polite, courteous, and willing to go above and beyond to make the install go as quickly and smoothly as possible. Also our sales rep was very nice and not pushy at all.

So happy with our new shower the installer was very professional and did very quality work and made sure we were happy with the job. I just can't say enough about how happy we are I would highly recommend this company and the installer that did the work. Thank you
