This was their first time servicing my house and they really listened to my concerns. They found a large barrel behind my shed that was filled with water that had not been noticed before. “Long, but worth it!Amazingly efficient, so kind and helpful, HONEST! I mean seriously, I could gush all day about my bug guy!!! That’s not normal!!Our first experience with him was last October. We had a paper wasp infestation under our brand new shingles. A friend suggested we use her guy to check it out, and I said no because we were already paying a ton of money for another company (who was clearly not effectively abating the bugs). I told her I’d call that company and see if they would re-treat the area. She was so persistent. She kept pushing me to use this Jeff guy. I started giving her a hard time because who the hell loves their pest guy THiS much?!?! It was odd! I insisted I’d take care of it. She ended up texting her guy anyway...right on the spot. Sent him photos too! He stopped by the next evening and took a look at it. I came out to chat with him and asked if what he could do as the other company said it was going to be very costly to remove them. He said I’ve got two options. One, I can treat the area and remove them now. Or you can wait (as he’s checking the weather on his phone to see when it’s going to freeze since it’s the end of October) another week and they will go away all by themselves. He said since they were so high up away from walkways and doorways, they weren’t going to bother us. He said if for whatever reason they make it inside, or start to become a nuisance he’d come out right away to take care of it. I opted for the free option, and tried to pay him for the almost hour he spent chatting with me not only about the paper wasps but also our ongoing pest issues that had not even improved with the company we were using. He refused any type of payment saying he performed no service and would feel awful accepting any money for it!! Whaaaaat?? So not normal! So then I decide, I want this guy instead of the other company I had been using. I ask him how I go about signing a contract with him. He goes on to tell me he doesn’t believe in contracts! Whaaaaat?? So not normal in this business!! He goes on to explain that if he’s effectively doing his job, why does he need to rope people in with contracts and keep them tied to him? I was blown away with his response, and thought to myself, “wow, this guy is on point”! I mean, isn’t that how all business should be done?? So we approaching our one year anniversary and he’s been everything he promised to be: punctual, efficient, clean, extremely pleasant, oh and I have ZERO PESTS for the first time since we moved in 7 years ago and after trying all the big name companies! He even offered to help me find the loophole to get out of my previous contract early so I didn’t have to pay cancellation fees! This guy, Jeff Ganim, is the real deal! Don’t believe me? Call him and give him a few minutes to win you over. I stake my name on it, most of you don’t know me, but I don’t usually ever promote a company unless it’s the real deal! They are few and far between it seems, but this guy is it! Again, I know how crazy it is that someone is going on and on about how amazing their pest control guy is, but let that speak for itself!Oh and in addition to not doing contracts, and thereby allowing you to cancel at anytime (think month to month) there’s no cancellation fees so no risk! And even more shockingly amazing, he doesn’t come and treat between November and March (I’m pretty sure that’s the time frame but he could tell you for sure). Wait, why? Everyone else does! His response: if the bugs go dormant in the winter time, what in the world are these companies spraying for. He told me if I had any bug issues I could call though. I’m sure some folks don’t live in the cleanest/most sanitary places and therefore may have Year round bugs. Anyway, he was right. No bugs! We have had no bugs since he started!FYI: I receive no discount, no incentive for promoting him and his business. I do not know him on a personal level beyond chit chat when he comes to treat.
