Nice people with experienced technicians.The guy who came out had poor bedside manner, but was extremely knowledgeable and totally eliminated the insect problem on one visit.The pricing was very reasonable - much more reasonable than Scherzinger or anybody else that so have used. These guys are great and I will use them again the next time that I get infested with anything (except women (common problem for me)).

We had a yellow jacket issue this summer. Somehow yellow jackets were flying into our house (we were swatting a minimum of 10 per day). A trap we bought at the grocery store to put by a known nest space outside didn't work at all so it was finally time to call a service. The first two pest control companies I talked with only offered a quarterly package which we weren't interested in. Snowball was the top recommended company so I called to set up an appointment which was booked two days after the original call. I found yellow jackets in my garage four days before I was closing on my house. I called Snowball Pest Control and they sent Bo the next day. Bo was very knowledgeable and professional and took care of the yellow jacket nest. I was so happy that they were able to send him so quickly!
