“Mr. Gladney arrived promptly between 12 & 2 p.m. as scheduled. He was allowed in after putting on shoe protection. Was shown inset problem. Identified insect infection & began extermination. Very thorough eradication process both internally & externally. The process has apparently has ridded us of the problem. We have only observe a small number of dead beetles on the window sill since the irrigation process on Friday. Understand we have a (30) day guarantee however, at this point it does appears that the extermination process is /& or addressed has worked.Thank you.Mr. & Ms Walker“
