“Inspector John B was exceptional. Polite, respectful, communicative, thorough, and insanely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain things when I asked questions and genuinely wanted to help. It’s rare to find someone THIS dedicated to their job. (Especially when part of the job is identifying animal poops!) He cares about his customers and the work that he does as well as the work that’s done after his inspection. John will be my first call anytime I have pest concerns from now until he retires!

The woman who took my initial call (so sorry I don’t remember her name!) was lovely as well, empathetic that we were dealing with wildlife issues, efficient in booking an inspection, clear about what to expect, and courteous.

“I am very pleased with the services provided by Hawx. They started treating my home four years ago, and it has always been a positive experience. I initially had them come out because every fall I was getting mice in my home, and every spring would bring on the carpenter ants. I haven’t had a mouse or ant problem since they started. Recently my tech came out for my usual service and I mentioned a fruit fly problem we were having. He treated my drains and put down a couple of sticky traps, with fruit fly bate on them. He said it could take up to ten days to take full effect, but I’ve noticed an immediate difference. They are always professional and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone.”
