Inspector John B was exceptional. Polite, respectful, communicative, thorough, and insanely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain things when I asked questions and genuinely wanted to help. It’s rare to find someone THIS dedicated to their job. (Especially when part of the job is identifying animal poops!) He cares about his customers and the work that he does as well as the work that’s done after his inspection. John will be my first call anytime I have pest concerns from now until he retires!

Excellent experience! Matt and Owen came out to my house in Harrison to do bird removal and clean-up for all of my home's exterior vents. They were both incredibly friendly, knowledgable, and did an excellent job! They cleaned, disinfected, and put everything back in its place.
I wanted to note that Owen went above and beyond, answering all of my questions, telling me what he was doing each step of the way, and even crawling in my attic to remove debris from the inside. He also noticed an irregularity inside of one of my pipes and notified me so I could share those details with my builder. He also took the time to show me how to remove the metal mesh and vent flaps....read full review
