Despite living in Georgia, I contacted Terminix in Ohio to help a family member treat their property.The two exterminators were extremely knowledgeable and professional. They were able to answer my family’s questions and set up an affordable plan for immediate treatment and continued preventive service moving forward.There may be some minor difficulty getting an initial appointment scheduled due to the lack of professionals in the Hillsboro area, but they are worth the wait.
The people at Terminix are friendly and courtesy they communicate their arrival time they call you the day before and the day of to let you know they're on their way and I would recommend them to friends and family
The technician was professional and personable. He took the time to explain the process to me in great detail. Please note, that I was at a juncture of canceling the/ my service contract with Terminix. I felt less likely to cancel because of his thoroughness and competent replies to my questions. I will continue services based on his reasonable answers, including looking at it from the perspective of maintaining an insurance policy and as a selling point.CB Master Chief
