My experiences with ExperiGreen have been positive both in application service and customer contact. Today I spoke with Megan about my bill since I had been out of town for two weeks. I asked for my bill balance and verified the mailing address because I don't pay bills online, although I know many people do. I respect ExperiGreen's preference for paperless billing as so many compamies do these days. Megan identified my accoount by the phone number and instantly had my balance due so now I can write my check.The service is equally efficient, reliable, and professional. Working with Henry Howard at the Cincinnati Home and Garden show was a great experience. We had some issues in our yard over winter and he explained the likely causes, as well as a solution to fix our problems. He got us on a good plan and we’re excited to see the results. I recommend asking for Henry if you’re interested in this service.
