The communication to get a tech out was a bit lacking, called in the evening and got an answering service and gave the request to the person that answered. Waited for a call back and then called the next afternoon during business hours and got a tech out. Sounds like their answering service never passed the message along?
Decided to ask them to do more work, they sent out a tech for an estimate, never got the estimate, I've reached out and got no response except these continual requests for a Google Review.
Requested the invoice be emailed with the new estimate - got nothing.“

“Was very prompt and fairly priced. I called him last minute at the end of a workday (12/16) and he arrived 15 minutes later, gave me a very fair estimate on a new furnace. Update: Installed furnace today (12/19), the house feels great, Mike (and his son & brother) were extremely professional, answered any and all questions, and quote ended up coming in less than expected. Will be calling them back to be certain.“

He even made a trip outside of normal working hours to accommodate me! His tech, Cory, was assigned for the physical repair and he was friendly, knowledgeable, and quick. “Even though HVAC is Ben's specialty, he masterfully commits himself to a wide variety of skills and trades. My wife and I have appreciated Ben's talent for several years and through multiple homes. He is every bit professional, reliable, well-spoken, knowledgeable, and extremely thorough in his work. Additionally, we appreciate his dedication to each job by finding cost-effective solutions while negotiating extremely reasonable installation/labor fees. Recently, we had a water leak in our basement (which is obviously not an HVAC issue). We called Ben in a panic, and he responded to our emergency without hesitation. Within 20 minutes of arriving, Ben permanently fixed the leak. If it weren't for his quick response time and handiwork, parts of our basement would have been unsalvageable. HIGHLY RECOMMEND AirOne.
